Data protection agreement
Capita is the data processor for the National Strategies on behalf of the DfE who is the data controller. We hold your data for the purposes of the administration, management and implementation of the National Strategies. Your data will not be passed to third parties (other than the DfE and those organisations with a direct interest in the National Strategies) without your consent. Your data will be destroyed when it is no longer required by the National Strategies, or when it is found to be out of date. Please update us with any change to your contact details.
